New Dental Patient Information Jacksonville
What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment
We’re looking forward to meeting you during your first visit to Baldwin Dental of Jacksonville! There are a few important things that we want all our patients to know before they arrive for their initial appointments; after all, the more you know ahead of time, the better prepared you can be. This helps you to enjoy a smoother dental experience, while also allowing us to streamline and make things easier on our end. If you have any questions or concerns before you arrive, please call our office; one of our team members can speak with you and provide all the information you need!
Your First Visit
Upon your arrival, our front desk team will greet you warmly and provide you with your patient forms to fill out (unless you’ve already completed them online through our website). Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll move to see you as soon as possible. The first visit is focused mostly on assessing your dental health and medical history; we need to be familiar with your smile so that we know exactly how to properly care for it. Our findings during your first visit will set the tone for your treatment, and follow-up visits will be scheduled according to your needs.
Dental Patient Forms
For your convenience, you can find all the paperwork that you’ll need to complete for your initial appointment right here on our website! Feel free to download them, print them out, and then complete them at your leisure. It might take you a few minutes, but doing this at home before your appointment usually ends up shaving several minutes off your waiting time, meaning you’ll be able to meet with our dentists that much faster.

Learn More About Dental Insurance
Dental Financing
Lacking dental insurance should never be a roadblock that prevents you from accessing dental care. Third-party financing can give you extra control over your financial situation so that you can pay for your care in a way that works for your budget; instead of paying the entire cost at once, you’ll pay in a series of affordable installments. Feel free to speak with our front desk about the financing options that are available at our practice, such as CareCredit. We’ll walk you through the application process and make sure that you’re well-informed about how it works.

In-House Dental Membership Plan
For patients who don’t have dental insurance, our in-house dental plan is another viable option. Once you’ve paid the membership fee, you’ll earn access to all sorts of discounts and savings on things like regular checkups and cleanings, as well as numerous other services. Our team is happy to review the details of this plan with you during your next appointment or if you give us a call.
